Feedback Policy

We read every piece of feedback we receive. Only feedback we approve is posted on this site.

This is an English translation. If there is any difference between this English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

What we post

• Your nickname, country (if provided) and feedback text, in the language you wrote it in. We do not translate or summarize it.
• We do not collect contact details such as email addresses.

What we don't post

• Content that hurts specific people or groups, or is discriminatory
• Content that includes personally identifiable information (real names, addresses, contact details, etc.)
• Advertising, solicitation, or content unrelated to our works
• Content that may infringe others' rights (such as copyright)
• Anything else we judge inappropriate to post

We may not be able to answer questions about whether or why feedback was posted.

Rights

The rights to your feedback text belong to you. By sending feedback, you agree that we may post and introduce it free of charge on this site, in introductions of our works, on social media and elsewhere.

Withdrawing posted feedback

To have posted feedback withdrawn, send us your nickname and the approximate date you sent it via the contact form. We'll confirm and withdraw it.
